The Chamber of the Aspects was a place where all the Dragon flight Aspects met to discuss matter of import. In Wrath of the Lich King, this instance apparently holds the many of the last remaining dragon eggs with Sartharion, Shadron, Tenebron, and Vesperon assigned to guard the eggs by their Aspect leaders.
It is unknown which respective Dragonflight each represents. Please stay tuned for more information!
From WoWWiki:
The Chamber of Aspects (Chamber of the Aspects in the RPG and Novels) is a secret chamber where the five great Dragon Aspects would convene whenever they wished to meet. In The Demon Soul, book two of the War of the Ancients Trilogy, it was here that Neltharion revealed the Demon Soul, his solution to ending the invasion of the Burning Legion and urged the other Aspects as well as their flights to give up a portion of their essences to power it. Foolishly, they did so — and enslaved themselves to Neltharion's will.
Presumably, the Chamber of Aspects was located somewhere in ancient Kalimdor; the exact location appears to be a small antechamber beneath the Wyrmrest Temple in the Dragonblight of Northrend. There is a meeting stone in the center of this room.
New information suggests that the chamber was accessible anywhere the Aspects chose but was mostly done in the most remote of places away from prying eyes. However anyone trying to enter had to be flying.
In Wrath of the Lich King, the Chamber of Aspects will be the location of a single-boss raid encounter with the ability to add more encounters similar to Onyxia's Lair.
It is implied from its design in beta that there will be at least 5 bosses, one for each flight.
In build 8788 the entrance to the Chamber was modified to have 5 gate points each with two guardians of a corresponding flight.
