Patchwerk is a titanic abomination found in Naxxramas and is known as Kel'thuzad's "Avatar of War". He is sent to attack the defected Knights of the Ebon Blade in Acherus but is repelled.

Patchwerk is the first of the four bosses in the Construct Quarter.

Due to the high DPS and healing requirement, he is considered to be the gearcheck fight of Naxxramas.

The fight is basically a tank and spank. The main tank will be taking the most damage, but he will hit the second highest health person with Hateful strikes, dealing a decent amount of damage. If your melee DPS has a larger HP pool than your offtank, they can stand in the slime.

At 15% he will do a soft enrage, increasing his damage and attack speed.

After 5minutes, he will do a hard-enrage. Increasing his damage done by 900%, and killing the entire raid within ~20 seconds.

The 25man version of the fight is the same as 10man.
