Prince Keleseth at the Crypt of Remembrance has ordered you to discover the truth about the "Crimson Dawn."
Remove Keleseth's Persuaders from the Ornately Jeweled Box and use them to "persuade" the Scarlet Crusade into talking.
Description
In my travels across this world I have made several interesting discoveries. For instance, did you know that with the proper amount of encouragement one can extract all the truths that a man dares hide? As luck would have it, I happen to have some encouragement on hand.
<Keleseth pulls something out of an ornately jeweled box.>
These are my "persuaders." Equip them and take to the field, death knight. Apply the pointy ends to the soldiers of New Avalon. Discover the truth about this "Crimson Dawn."
Completion
An awakening? What nonsense do you speak, boy! What kind of fool would deliver their people into the very heart of the frozen wastes? Perhaps, though, this courier holds the answer.
Reward
Before you leave the Crypt, open the Ornately Jeweled Box in your inventory and remove the two Persuaders. Equip them in your weapon slots.
Leave the Crypt and head south up the hill into New Avalon.
Attack the Scarlet NPCs with the Persuaders equipped. Once you start attacking, you will demand information from them. Quite often they will resist, insisting that they will never give up the information. If this is the case, kill them.
Eventually one of the Scarlet NPCs will stop attacking after a few hits and give a small scripted speech. Once this speech is done, the quest will complete and you can finish off the NPC.
Any of the Scarlet NPCs in New Avalon has a chance to divulge the information. However, many have reported having better luck with the Scarlet Commander NPCs. (The ones on horseback.)
When you have gained the required information, return to the Crypt and speak to Prince Keleseth to turn in the quest.
