Heigan is the second boss of three in the Plague Quarter.

Heigan is the official DDR fight where everyone must be able to dance.

At the start of the fight, all casters, healers and mana users (all non-melee people) should run to the platform where Heigan starts. The tank will position Heigan in the 1st quadrant and everyone can begin DPS. After the first lava Eruption, the tank will move Heigan to the 2nd quadrant while the melee follow and continue DPSing. Again the lava erupts and the tank moves Heigan to the 3rd quadrant. After the third eruption, the tank will move Heigan to the 4th and last quadrant. The 4th quadrant is the last and the tank should then move Heigan to the 3rd quadrant again.

Heigan will continue to erupt lava back and forth across the room until he ports to his platform. At this point, everyone should run to the first quadrant (casters included) and the dance begins! The lava eruptions occur in the same places and in the same order, only faster this time. In order, the lava will erupt and the safe spots are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 3. At this point Heigan should run off the platform towards the tank. Start over the fight from the beginning again in the 1st quadrant.

These two phases continue until either Heigan or the raid dies.

A note for the tank and casters, Heigan has an aura that increases casting time by 300% in close proximity of him. The casters should stand far enough on the platform to not be hit by this aura. Also to note is during the dance phase: everyone must dance. Staying on Heigan's platform after he teleports back will ensure death for the person. And lastly, Heigan has a disease (seen here) that he casts at random. You can outheal the damage of it, but it should be cleansed to make the fight significantly easier.
