The Lich King has commanded you to eradicate the Scarlet Crusade.
Use the Horn of the Frostbrood to call forth a Frostbrood Vanquisher and with it slay 150 Scarlet Soldiers and destroy 10 Scarlet Ballistas. Avoid incoming projectiles by moving out of their line of fire!
Description
You have slaughtered legions beyond number and still your dark heart craves more. Your hunger knows no end, <name>.
<The Lich King pauses.>
There must come an end to all things, death knight. The Scarlet armies make their final stand against us. For them, there is no escape... no choice. And for this reason they will fight with a ferocity that you have yet to witness.
Use this horn to call forth one of my wyrms. Climb upon its back and command it into battle. With it you will end the Scarlet Crusade.
Completion
Kneel, champion. I place this helm upon your head to complete your terrifying visage. Any that dare look upon your dark countenance will know that death comes. Let none stand so boldly against your king so as to face your merciless wrath, <name>.

Reward
Use the Horn of the Frostbrood in your inventory to call your Frostbrood Vanquisher. Right-click the Vanquisher to mount it. This will bring up the Vehicle UI.
The Vanquisher is a flying undead Fost Drake with several special abilities:
Using the mouse buttons to change the angle of your mount brings up the green line and bubble targeting objects that indicate where any spells you fire will land.
Use the Frozen Deathbolt ability to kill the required number of Scarlet NPCs and Scarlet Ballistas. Scarlet Soldiers can be found running in groups through the Havenshire area or in large groups in New Avalon. They usually die in a single hit. Scarlet Ballistas are small siege weapons that can be found on the ground near the gates leading into New Avalon or on top of the towers surrounding the town. Balistas will take several direct hits to kill.
Be careful while firing at the Ballistas, as they will return fire, damaging your Vanquisher. Soldiers will also fire on your Vanquisher if you get too close to the ground.
While trying to kill all the required NPCs and Ballistas, your Vanquisher may get low on health or mana. You can use it's Devour Humanoid ability to replenish it's pools. Fly close to the ground and target any Scarlet NPC, then use the Devour Humanoid ability. Your Vanquisher will grab the NPC and eat it. After a few moments it's mana and health will increase. You can do this as many times as necessary.
Once you have killed all the NPCs and Ballistas required, return to Death's Breach and dismount your Vanquisher using the red arrow button on the right side of the Vehicle UI. Return to the Lich King to turn in the quest.
NOTE: If at any time during your fighting, your Vanquisher stops responding and/or cannot move up or down in altitude, it may be necessary to dismount it and call another one using the Horn.
