I'd say that Divine Sacrifice is optional for a main tank. It is useful at times, and suicidal at others.

Effects that reduce damage done to you by a %, won't reduce damage dealt by Divine Sacrifice (for example, the half-bubble). And the times you'd want to use it most, are the times when you really shouldn't (for example, AoE damage). Apart from that, in many cases Hand of Sacrifice works just as well.

I'd say, that if you want to free up a few talent points, consider not using that spell (the way you do in your current spec).

This is most likely the build I will use in 3.2
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#sZV0tAbuMusIufdtsMobc
Now a link to the BEST tankadin site existing.

Basic Training: http://maintankadin.failsafedesign.c...hp?f=4&t=21932
Advanced Training: http://maintankadin.failsafedesign.c...hp?f=6&t=21933
Talent info: http://maintankadin.failsafedesign.c...hp?f=1&t=22679

After you read those 3, read the rest of the stickies.
Then if you have questions feel free to ask. It is a great community.
