Also.. i must say: i Believe blizzard may make Onyxia for level 80's in a later patch, when they are adding the new onyxia attunement chain

I just mentioned Vaelestraz, because you could theoretically resist flame buffets, and squeeze thru. Vael's BA is not resistable, and places a cap on your required dps. In one or two expansions, maybe...

I'm sure a paladin tank, a paladin healer and 3 frost mage DPS'ers could in theory 5 man Vael.

I'm assuming you can bubble BA, to tell the truth I have no idea if you can.

Jin'do has already been solo'd by a warrior on the beta. BWL won't be 1 manned, ever. MC is possible if you're lucky with killing every boss then aoe'ing Domo.

Ferals now can Solo Onyxia... whelps was the great problem before! (too long to killing them just hitting 3).

Last I checked a druid solo'd Ony in TBC.

I've been looking at this and more and more death knight seems to be perfect for this sort of thing.

You'd spec blood; and you get: high armor, bloodworms, instant heal (often free and 100% crit), mark of blood (this is like a full heal every 3 minutes), death pact, 2% damage leach, rune tap, anti magic shell, a weapon enchant that heals, what is likely to be a pretty powerful AOE in corpose explosion/death and decay; high single target dps because you are the dps tree.

When I go over all that; it seems amazing. Plate, effective aoe AND single target dps, and a boatload of self heal.

Also, for druid/pally/dk
ZG- Should be fully doable.
MC- Some bosses might be doable, probably all of it 2 mannable
BWL- fights too event based.

Pre-bc content solo'd: zg, all pre-tbc instances, aq20/40 trash, aq20/40 "gimmic-less" bosses, (like for example, i didnt do the mind control boss solo), Ony, mc trash, and the first boss thats tucked in the corner right after you enter.

Pre-bc content not yet attempted: bwl, mc bosses except the first one.

BC content solo'd: All lvl 70 non heroic dungeons, as well as a full clear of heroic ramps. I'm sure i could do others, but I haven't tried yet. Heroic ramps bosses were stupidly easy, the large trash pulls were honestly harder than the bosses, simply due to stuns and knockdowns stopping my ability to block, regen mana from block, and heal from seal/judged light. Im sure others will be similar/just as easy.

So yeah, its very doable on bosses and fights that aren't gimicky, or have stuns and incapacitating effects. My gear is mainly 10-man drops, and 10's badge loot, so its only "meh" compared to what top end is right now. I just put fraps on my machine along with some other software to record stuff, so I'll post videos on youtube or something.

Feel free to look me up on armory or give a shout in game.

According to a video i saw of a mage soloing Onyxia, the only class that hasnt done it yet is rogue. I do it on my holy paladin without any real difficulty for the easy 180g i get from her and the drops.

The only raid a rogue is able to solo is Uldaman, because Blizz removed the 4 member requirement of the door, especially for rogues so they could say they soloed a raid instance too.
True story.

Other special things rogues can do that other classes can't? Chestruns in instances come to mind. Upto TBC, since rogues aren't supposed to enjoy Northrend content, of course. Or did you think the abominable raid DPS and "great raid utility" is all we got shoved down our throats?

well considering vael blows people up every so often and you will only have 2 people to be blown up i highly doubt youll have the dps to down him before he blows you both up

Yeah, i've soloed every boss in ZG at least, even hakkar. I'm a druid tank so it was kinda easy. Apart from FG i only healed once while out from bear form to once to put regrowth and rejuven. Rly easy. Hakkar was the only boss that was able to drop my health below 90%. AT the other bosses i didn't heal in any way. (I'm Naxx 10-manishly geared)

went into MC today with my tankadin alt and took down Lucifron and Magmadar and Garr without any problem,

Gehennas became a problem due to the curse, 75% less healing from effects and abilitys, i solved it by borrowing my lan buddies pc when he was away and used his boomkin, and just let the pala afk tank it while i played the druid to dps and decurse =)

Baron Geddon´s fire aoE just do to much dmg for JoW and SoL to heal through,
my friend was back now so he dps´d and healed from this point

Shazzrah you can solo the curse doesnt effect the healing u do on your self so pewpew that one

Golemagg easy too, we jumped down to him and manadged to pull 2 extra dogs that where walking around so the druid actually had to heal for once but easly duable solo if u dont pull exta

Sulfuron adds is a pain and w/o interrupts this fight takes aged, had to let them use up all their mana before i could take them down 1b1

haven`t tried majordome and ragnaros yet cba all the running t get all flames running by myself =) maybe some time!

my pala is mostly 10 man geared(naxx/os/maly/ulduar) with some 25 man(naxx)
